Please pass on my sincere thanks to all at Crystal who delt with the recent case for Mr Mohammad. The client, case and property all had a few quirks and curveballs, so it is really of credit to your team that they managed to keep things moving forward and eventually drawn down on Friday 13th March! Great work by all concerned, especially David Parke and Kamila Cholewicka - hopefully we'll be able to get another case over to you soon.
Commercial Lending & Development finance are specialist lending areas I have referred to Crystal Mortgages in Walsall, I have worked closely with Crystal Mortgages & referred several clients for their specialist advice & assistance and I am confident they will be able to help with a competitive & workable option.
A client who was referred to us only had seven days remaining within which to complete on a £1M residential refinance to take advantage of a discount being offered by the existing lender. Let down by a lender originally approached at the eleventh hour we negotiated the use of the aborted valuation already undertaken to arrange the finance. The client completed with four days to spare with the borrowing arranged in a limited company structure. NO personal guarantees were sought. Finance was arranged at 1.3% per month, and the property was sold and the finance redeemed within three months.
